Fairly easy process with little hassle. Took a little long due to the corona virus mess sweeping the nation. Quite happy with PHL.
The refinancing process was easy, but when it came to signing the papers with a notary that is when it got a little crazy but to no fault of Planet Home, that was between the state of Louisiana, the title company and the notary service.
Karl didn't keep us updated on the status of our Refi....we had to keep calling him for an update. He took more than 24hrs to return messages. I also feel like he didn't do all he could to get the info from the Hero program to clear us, that...
