I had much much confusing with closing closing appointment time , no body called me I kept calling and calling for update on my documents
Personality.
Made everything very easy. And always returned our calls and very pleasant and patient
Other folks involved in the process should keep the customer informed, we should not have had to ask Karl what was going on or if they recieved x documents or what the closing was looking like.. Whn we were told we had to pay 12 cents to close...
