The communication and easygoing staff made the entire process seamless. Thank you so much for all the help & explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand.
Did not inspect the 4 plex to assure contractors had fixed items that were listed by inspector that needed to be fix before closing.
Did not enforce fixing the apartments before the first tenant move in. The apartments needed to be ready before any tenant move in. Did not show me any photos of the “repairs”, that alone shows me that she did not care about his clients.
