She was so nice, and my client said she was very informative when we had some bumps along the way to closing. She was quick and attentive during the pre-approval process which allowed the client to beat out the competition.

Karen was wonderful to work with. Look forward to working with her in the future.

Always available to answer questions and able to explain it on ways I could understand everything
