Better preparation by the processors and underwriters. Communication with Kara was easy and she was always going out of her way to be helpful, but when it came to the processors there seemed to be no care given to my particular case or details....

Kara's communication was fabulous. She responds to emails, calls and text promptly. She always had an answer to my questions and made the whole process very smooth, which is a big deal when you're going through something stressful.
