my 9nly complaint is that a key person was on vacation for a key part of the process , which caused some miscommunications and duplicate work

Throughout the process we were well informed. Our closing timeline was very aggressive. Despite hang-ups on the seller’s side due to closed title error, the team was still able to process our loan efficiently.
