Jullian is a Real asset for NAF and you will be fortunate to keep him.
Many of your orher people and procedures are not so great.
Except for Jullian it was not a pleasant experience.

very helpful throughout the entire process. Although there were a few communication was a bit delayed mainly due to time zone difference , julian made sure we understood every aspect of the loan process!
