Excellent communication since I live in Florida and am moving back to Kentucky
She explained all questions and concerns for me. She was in constant contact with me throughout the process and was always just a phone call or email away if ever I needed her regardless of it being a weekend or late afternoon.

Was really good till closing. Getting different information from 2 different people. Not the same information. Once in closing was harder to get someone to message back. Needs to leave one person to the other and let the closers do the closing....
