Julies knowledge of loan products especially FHA loans. She was able to get a single unit approval quickly for my client. She always does a fabulous job.

was great. She was always there to answer any question and available even on weekends. It has been unbelievable. As a realtor, I will always use her from now on.

If I was told the truth on certain things and not have it changes due to them using wrong #'s and demanding more money when it wasn't needed

needing reserves were needed and the borrower did not have them at closing, she did had been advised all along of this, she was just embarrassed she did not have the $1,377 and we could not use it from the funds she was getting back from closing....

This is my second experience with Julie. She did a great job the first time and again this time. She is quick to respond to questions and checking in on the progress.
