I have dealt with delays before but this was ridiculous. The house was purchased in Texas. At the last minute it was discovered that Texas was a community property state, then the wife's debt was used too. Why wouldn't the laws have been known...

They were very attentive. Any questions anytime were answer in great detail making sure I understood everything. I never felt pressured to do anything. They were a life saver for me. I would recomend them to anyone.
