Joshua Haynes our AE is what makes Kind so great. The underwriters feel very inexperienced and they need a lot of hand holding. If it wasn't for Josh being such a great AE, I wouldn't be sending you loans

Josh was very helpful from start to finsih. This loan had some challenges in closing with teh closer and Title that werent ideal.
Josh was wonderful in moving the loan along and answering any questions the team had
