The entire process with the Price team was fast and smooth. We worked with Maranda, Josh, and Gus. Communication was great and we closed before expected. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m sure I had a lot of questions and wasn’t the easiest to deal with because of that lol! Thank Maranda for being so patient with me! Gus was extremely helpful as well and there anytime I had a random question.
As a sellers agent, sometimes the mortgage company doesn’t communicate very well. Josh/Envoy did communicate with me. I appreciated it, and it alleviates seller’s apprehensions concerning buyer’s eligibility for financing qualifications.
I am first-time home buyer. Most communication was through text or email. I felt like I could have been walked through the details over the phone and that would make things less overwhelming.
Maranda was very efficient, informative, and helpful. She made everything easy and smooth.
