My experience was great from start to finish. It was easy to get the documents needed uploaded quickly in the app and the communication between Josh and Melanie was quick and they answered all questions I had as a first time home buyer.
Great communication and got it done quickly! Josh and his team always do a great job.
Josh and the team made things easy, the app worked well, and this marks 2 times using the Envoy team for a purchase.
The only place that didn't make me feel weird that I have both 1099 and w2 income, everyone is very kind and patient with me. Everything was very organized. And I am sitting in my NEW HOSUE writing this so we did it!
