Josh was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process which had some hiccups on the realtor side. I was extremely impressed by his ability to pivot and work to resolve these issues

Josh was extremely knowledgeable on the whole process. We didn't have our own realtor and Josh explained the whole process in depth to us. I didn't feel like I was doing business with a stranger but more like a family friend
