He answered all of out questions within minutes of asking. he treated us with kindness and respect and he was always upfront and doing everything he could to help us.
Josh walked us through the process step by step and was prompt with his communication. He made things easy for us, and was extremely knowledgeable. He gave updates as quickly as he had them, and was quick to keep things moving along.
