This is the 2nd property that we have purchased from joe.He is outstanding and works very hard to make everything happen smoothly.just outstanding

Joe was very attentive, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable and very professional. He really helped us through this somewhat complicated process and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed!!!

Joe is dishonest and impossible to get ahold of. I called Joe numerous times and left several messages and he NEVER returned by calls. He called initially when we applied for pre-approval for our a home loan through Beezer homes in Indian Springs....

Joe made the whole process efficient which made the whole expereince great.

The Closing Disclosure documents were never prepared correctly. After several phone conversations over months they always had to be updated and “would be correct at closing” and they weren’t. Which cost me $6k in VA fees as well as a pointless...
