Communication between lender / recorder and seller is marginal. Seller/ Lender did not communicate well with Real State Representative / Broker. Requested additional name to the property was not followed during recording.

Joe kept in constant contact with my client. He was patient and knowledgeable in her many questions. And, when there was a small obstacle, he offered a workable solution.
