Too much back and forth at the end. Joe started off strong but then wasnt told correct closing amount, incorrect date/time for parents to sign at closing, then wasn't told HOA payment is separate from mortgage payment agreement.

Took longer than stayed and was unresponsive to any questions did not present the loan options claimed the software wasn't working and just proceeded with our following state law
