Better communication and answering the phone at all or emails in a timely manner would have helped. When the buyers and I were clearly having concerns about closing on time, no one with New American seemed to feel the urgency and dismissed...

Jose was great to work with. We had a property under contract that presented us with a few challenges, but Jose stayed on top of things to get it done. Communication was great! Would work with him again in the future.

Upside from always being on top of what needed to be done. NAF was very professional and went above and beyond to get me the right and best rate.
