The process for the refinance took nearly triple the time the houses initial mortgage took to close
Jonathan is very personable and knowledgeable.
Friendly communication, quick response times, and convenient to use tools! All of the staff I made contact with were very helpful and always answered my questions without hesitation!
Jonathon was very responsive and made sure that everything was going smoothly along the way. We would highly use him again and recommend him to friends.

The loan process took a lot longer than I expected; rather than a couple of weeks, it took a few months. Also, there was a miscommunication and I’m not sure if the loan would have gotten done if I hadn’t followed up to see what was going on....
