Excellent communication. Timely. Trusted.
Responsive time wise and distance to my questions and issues
I thought it was great because it was all, except for the document signing, done electronically. There was communication throughout the process and the voices on the LoanPal end were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I feel like I got the best rates and was updated frequently on changes in a timely manner. Everything happened quick and it was easy. Jonathan always answered all of my questions and I was well informed throughout the process.

Honestly the only problem I had was amount of time this loan took. It was over 4 months. Closer to 5 months. It should not have taken so long. Jonathan Edwards and Katie Fletcher we’re very nice.
With Covid, things took a little longer. The crew was there to answer any questions about it
Friendly service with weekly updates through the process.
