Jonathon cared about doing a good job and making me happy.. Everything about this was easy and simple. I have dealt with other companies who seem to add extra stress to the home loans. But with loanpal there was no stress at all.
This whole refi process took nearly a yr. The only positive part is the rates continue to drop, that was to my advantage. l'll give the epidemic most the blame for the delay for this refi. Customer service was good, no complaints there.
