A pretty good experience. Why are mortgage decisions always last minute? Why do underwriters not have the ability to plan so it’s not always a rush at the very last minute?

Jon Wood was great to work with. The appraisal contractor did not complete an accurate appraisal and did not use appropriate comparables.
The upcoming test will be the servicing of the mortgage and setting up auto pay options.
