Never hear from Jonathan after it was assign to him. The rest of the team was great and worked will with a difficult buyer. I was the listing agent.
The hybrid closing was mandatory for our situation, but a bit of a hassle.

The communication was terrible. I had to really advocate for my client and get others involved to get things done right. We had to extend multiple times and they weren’t pushing as hard for my client to get this closed as they should have....

Your mortgage guy quits in the middle of the transaction. Never contacted me - the new one never contacted me. The closing was delayed by a month - they were waiting to the last minute to tell us that we couldn't close with temp CO. Very unpleasant....
