Not sure what happened at the very last minute to delay the closing, due to the fact that it was 55 and over building. Why wasn’t that known day one? This put undue stress on the sellers.
Chaz and Samantha were absolutely AMAZING to work with! They were always quick to respond, very upbeat, and super helpful. I will definitely point any friends or family in your direction in the future!

I have no words
I did not even know that Jonathan Wick was the person who was working on our mortgage loan. I only knew Keith Schilling as the person that was working on our loan. It appears that communication could have been better.
