It was relatively easy. Easy to talk to. Quick. Efficient. Transparent and good communication and understanding.
Very smoothly end to end.
One exception was that I didn't find out until just before signing that my non-owning spouse needed to sign an acknowledgment (7 places). Would have been better if I could have let her know in advance.
