My husband did all of the conversing with the company, but he said it was very easy and streamlined. The refinance went through very quickly as well, and we are now saving a good amount of money each month.
Johnathan went above and beyond all my expectation. He had very thorough answers to all of my questions. This entire process was very smooth and easy. Great job by all the New American Funding team.
