We had a couple roadbumps at the very end, but jonathan and His team got me through it. very first time doing any of this and it was scary and stressful but they made it easier and I got my house!

after the intial process working with Alan, the communication was better. In the begining the communicatin with Alan Smith was good but soon after we started the process it was difficult getting clarification or contact with him. It was easier...

My loan officer is was changed during the process. My realtor was the one to tell me of the change, not NAF. The new loan officer did not even reach to introduce himself. I spoke to him one time during the process only after I had texted him....

Honestly, we never heard from Jonathan. Hunter was our original loan officer. When he was no longer with company Jonathan and Jem took over but we were only communicating with Jem. It was a very stressful transaction and closing was delayed...

Jonathan is amazing! I cannot thank him enough for his constant support, communication, friendliness, and guidance through our first home buying experience. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a home.
