Seems like communication was slightly poor near end and felt like I kept sending in repeated paperwork. Understand the holidays did not help and illness in office. They all were super pleasant however.

Jon and his team did a GREAT job on this transaction. Even though I was the listing agent for this sale. The lender kept both agents informed and it went very smooth and we closed ahead of schedule!!!
