The process was terrible and I was not pleased with how I was treated

I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
We were buy side on a house that had already gone to Sheriff sale, the lender piece was so smooth. My clients went to this lender and not the one I recommended from the office. I am glad for the experience.
