John is an experienced loan officer who is a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His attention to detail and communication is excellent

Communication and staying on time. He ran behind, he didn't send out the FHA paperwork until days before closing.

Communication was easy and prompt.

John Golobic is great! Rest of company and staff not so much!

I honestly had a hard time filling this out. John was great at first, but towards the end the communication was not great. But my main issue was not with John but with the people who took over after he went on leave. Having to change loan officers...

Great communication! My client loved working with John also!

John was An amazing loan officer, he made the home buying process as comprehensive as you can and he was very helpful throughout the whole process!

If the lender would have been on time with everything. They had roughly 45 days to get their stuff together and at the very last minute dropped the ball and caused the buyer to have to back up the closing date since the lender was not ready....

Thanks for your update Todd. Just so you're aware, the borrower caused the delay with not depositing the funds accurately and caused the delay. Borrower's funds from 401k came in late and they did not deposit the funds in full as instructed...
