Very fast service turning a cash purchase into a loan and still closed on time. Greatly appreciated.
There was a lot of last minute emails about things that we needed to do the day before closing that should've been realized before that.
He's just a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to get a hold of.
John was great, but the underwriters were literally asking us for more information less than 24 hours before closing. The underwriting process as a whole was insanely miserable.

I eventually decided to jump into the Lenders side of the business with both feet. I started out as a Loan Processor until I decided to get licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator years and years ago. I have an extremely well rounded knowledge of our business as a whole! I don’t do business as a one and done. Plan on sticking with me for life. I absolutely love helping my clients with their financial goals and love it even more when I get to call my clients saying “Congratulations your loan has FUNDED” .
