Great communication, I always knew I would get a response in a timely manner which is so critical when the lender and realtor are in different time zones.

the transaction started out smooth, but the lack of communcation towards the end and continued last minute requests were frustrating. It appeared the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and did not feel like a team effort.

I eventually decided to jump into the Lenders side of the business with both feet. I started out as a Loan Processor until I decided to get licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator years and years ago. I have an extremely well rounded knowledge of our business as a whole! I don’t do business as a one and done. Plan on sticking with me for life.
