Was a quick and painless VA loan. Closed in 32 days. Joe was very informative when I asked questions and showed interest that 8 was getting the best deal.
We were promised no fee and then were told Joe had no choice but to charge us a fee of $1200

Over the last 27 years, he has excelled at “turning clients into friends every day,” first while working as an account executive for Washington Sports & Entertainment (the parent company of the Washington Wizards and the Washington Capitals) and now with Atlantic Coast Mortgage. Joe joined the mortgage industry in 1998 and found the business appealing as it was an opportunity to help people navigate the home buying process. His mission has always been to ensure each client feels informed, confident, and comfortable from day one. Joe has also been teaching 1st-time buyer seminars for over 20 years.
