    I was asked repeatedly to send the same set of documents, despite having already sent them. Better communication, both with me, and within the Sandy Spring team, would have made it a lot better.

    Joe gave me great upfront advice about loan options (401k loan for down payment) and was always responsive and friendly whenever I needed him.
