    Our lender was unorganized which made much of the loan approval process frustrating. It ended up fine but the disorganization added extra stress to our home buying process.

    The approval process was very drawn out (2.5 months) but this was out of Joel’s control. I felt like he expedited any and everything he could once the next steps were ready.

    I had a 5,000$ deposit that the underwrites just disregarded and didn’t ask about so it was removed. I had to scrutinize all the documents to ensure no further mistakes were made. They expect to have all of my documents right now but then missed...
