    Joel was especially patient when helping me with the paperwork on my phone. When l would panic he would calm me down. The new technology is hard for me and he helped me through. I will recommend Joel because he helped me so much.

    Loan closed with a minimum of hassle. Longer process than expected likely due to closing over xmas /new years/covid
