Joel was a great communicator and made the process as easy as can be!
Better communication through the closing process. We were not made aware of an issue with receiving 100% of a credit from the seller until after the house had funded. The seller had to make us whole from their personal funds.
Joel Kemp and Joel Berman did a great job at communicating throughout the process! They made buying a home states away very smooth and seamless! We would highly recommend their help and will be back in the future!
