Joel is fine. I would not recommend Synergy, mostly because 10 days after signing we have not received our money.
Very professional, helpful, courteous, patience, smart. You helped make the loan possible. Excellent and superb work.
Got all of the paperwork in a timely manner. Did have some issues with the final closing numbers, but I caught it in time so that Sarah and Joel could get it directed.

I dealt mainly with James so I can't really say because I never actually spoke with Joel except through email once or twice.
His team was a pleasure to work with. But 1 piece of advice is dont text me at 3am asking to take this survey. I’m sure it was an auto text but you need to fix that
