We were transitioned in the middle of trying to close a deal. Joel did what he could at the time, but the transition caused delays in closing and funding. He was good about responding to questions.
We were working with Mike Craft, Mann Mortgage, when we began this process and the transition occurred just before closing. We did not specifically choose to work with Synergy. We chose to continue working with Mike Craft.
Joel was very communicative throughout the entire process.
It would have been better if there was more communication. I hated that synergy merged with Mann mortgage. Monica Brown was a fantastic lender during the whole process.
The very clear communication and clear guidance through all of the steps. No surprises. Great experience.
Even with the company change over, it was still a great experience working with Corey Hill who brought it all together at the end of the process.
