Joel was great, he took the task and slowed the entire process down and explained everything we needed to do and it felt like I was right there in person and still had no questions.
Joel was great with communication, took many things off our hands during our move, and was unbelievably patient through the process.

I had a lot of issues with doing the things I needed to do on my phone and whenever I had a question or whenever I needed help Joel was there and even overextended himself to make sure everything was good and that I got through the process...

Joel went out of his way to get us the best interest rate and made the whole house buying process less overwhelming.
Joel was always prompt in replies and worked hard for us to get us a rate and deal that works best for us. Id happily recommend him anytime.

Joel was very prompt in returning calls, even if it was after hours. He kept me up to date in the lending process, explained steps to be taken to get clients to the closing table. Joel is very patient.
