Joel is a outstanding guy always there to help if you got a question he will happily answer and if he don't have the answer he will find it great person to work with
Great communication and did what he could to work with me on making sure I had the proper ammount of money for closing and made everything as strait forward as possible.

Communication was great!
Joel went out of his way to get us the best interest rate and made the whole house buying process less overwhelming.
Joel was always prompt in replies and worked hard for us to get us a rate and deal that works best for us. Id happily recommend him anytime.
Joel was very prompt in returning calls, even if it was after hours. He kept me up to date in the lending process, explained steps to be taken to get clients to the closing table. Joel is very patient.
