I was pleasantly surprised to have Joe V answer the phone himself when I called the first couple of times early on in the process. Satisfied with the service!
I enjoyed a thorough explanation of how refinancing works, the various options available, and the communication. I also enjoy the e-sign features and the ease of uploading documents instead of scan/send/fax.
