To much unnecessary information requested that was already submitted or not required several times. Not knowing that follow up emails were computer generated and not real people.
We had a different person before Joe who was horrible. Didn't answer our calls or emails. We had an extremely difficult refinance. Joe was able to get down to the bottom of every issue and he always answered our emails and calls the same day....
