He gets back to you in a timely manner. He explains things so they are not completely over our heads. He is down to earth, like if you were to call a friend that knew about home loans to ask them a question, he has that kind of ease.

Joe was very responsive and helpful. He was able to help us with a rapid rescore of our credit to get us a lower rate. He followed through with everything he said he would do.

How fast this all was completed and how quick to respond to all my questions and I had a lot.

Joe helped get through the complete process without issues and always keeping me updated on the process and answered all of my questions.

Joe was always available for any questions I had and the refinance was very fast and smooth
