The Customer Service

Very little communication from first loan officer. Glad we were able to get another loan officer that worked closely with Joe and stayed on top of the re-financing.

Joe was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Joe was so informative and clear when explaining the process of buying a home and what was needed from us. Whenever I had questions, he never hesitated to answer right away.

Pretty easy and straight forward process there were a few hiccups along the way but got everything done in a timely manner.

Joe was very patient with me, and reassuring along the way.

Joe and the final closer were fast and so helpful.

Joe was great. The vendor Spring EQ asked for things that had already been supplied. And have yet to send account info for payment
