I have worked with Joe before although I did not use him for my loan. I went with Joe for our refinancing this time as he was able to work with us to monitor the market to help us identify the best time to lock in our target rate.

I found Guild and Joe Gallagher to be very good to work with. It’s also a big plus that Guild retains most of the mortgages.
