Was always trying to get a better deal and responded to questions in an expedient manner. With doing everything over the internet the question answering was very important. The process also seemed to go at a decent rate with the slowdown due...

Very good service and helpful

Jim was able to put a great refi package together. He explained my options well, timing was quick, no surprises, everything went as planned. Process was very transparent. Great work!!

Jim Steel was easy to work with, responsive and listened to what we were looking for in a refinance. We closed quickly and without any issues. I would highly recommend Jim and New American Funding.
