    The number one thing is that we closed on time. Outside of that, I thought Jim did a good job of communicating what was going on.

    The same level of service was provided that I have come to expect from Jim and his team. However, the underwriting requirements and processes seem a little clunkier than they were with caliber.

    Very organized - the entire team. Excellent communication throughout the process. A fully automated web interface that is logical and intuitive. This is critical as many documents are being uploaded. I'd highly recommend using Jim and his team....
