Jim promtly and completey answered our questions and provided a very clear path for the application and throghout the closing process. Just as a great of an experience as with our prior financing with him.

Jim was very easy to work with and made sure I was well prepared for closing and having all the documents and everything else that goes along in the process!

He was resposive and helpful! We ended up paying more than he had originally quoted us, so I do believe we were mislead a little. Overall, Jim still did a great job facilitating our refinance .
